borg "connection closed by remote" with rsync.net (SSH configuration)

Hey,

I'd love to know if you have similar connection problems when running borg backups on a rsync.net server. Sometimes my borg backup gets interrupted with "connection closed by remote" (borg issue 636).

The borg documentation recommends this server-side SSH configuration:

ClientAliveInterval 10
ClientAliveCountMax 30

Unfortunately, the rsync.net support told me they don't allow a per account configuration and their default values are:

ClientAliveInterval 0
ClientAliveCountMax 3

Maybe someone has found a solution to this problem...
And even if you don't have a solution, would love to hear if someone has experienced the same issue.
