This part is based on the current interactive editor. However, there are some extra features that we would like to account for:

Support for multiple layouts.
Support for hiding parts of the network.
Support for basic visual adjustments.
Basic import/export for just regulations.
Support for compartments (must be visually separated).
Select/move multiple elements.
Export as image/svg.
