Hi, I make some changes with preload css for only my test in original plugin w3-total-cache (v0.9.7) for making PageSpeed improvements (page speed insights tell me 99/100 - 99 only becouse is google maps on website, and FMP is 800-900ms), and I want make some PR for community and plugin changes.
How and where I can do this? :)
