White Dots on Images When Using Internet Explorer

Hi there - have just discovered white dots appearing when using the fade option for a gallery.

To replicate the issue go to http://www.recoding.it/Demos/jQuery/Showcase/demo2 in Internet Explorer.

View the second gallery featured. Watch for the fade from image 1 (black and white beach scene) to image 2 (colour sunset) - there are several white dots in the waves.

Then when on image 3 (lake scene) click on the the middle square in the top right corner - notice the dots are no longer there.

I was using the fade but will swap to swing to get around this little issue.
