As part of taral borrowing pool

I need to be able to lock my STX & BTC tokens in order to earn yield
I need to be able to mint over-collateralized stablecoin based on the stx/btc locked and provide liquidity for funding loans.
Currently the loan will be satisfied by one taral pool participant. In the future, multiple persons will be able to join together in financing the loan

Acceptance criteria

The liquidity staker should lock their STX & BTC in the protocol and take part in stacking and also be able to generate liquidity for funding loans.

The liquidity staker should be able to withdraw their STX & BTC after the end of the stacking period.
