User story:

I need to be able to lock my STX & BTC tokens in order to earn yield

Acceptance criteria

The liquidity staker should lock their STX & BTC in the protocol and take part in stacking which then generates funds for underwriting (i.e. insuring) the risk for loans.
The liquidity staker should be able to withdraw their STX & BTC after the end of the stacking period.

Development:

TaralLoanPool
- Holds stable coin for loans
- Loan participants lock the stable coin in order to participate in championing loans
