User story:

I need to be able to lock my governance protocol tokens to earn returns

Acceptance criteria

• The insurance staker should lock their governance tokens in the protocol and take part in the returns of the protocol.
• The insurance staker should be able to withdraw their governance tokens at a later stage in order to have.

Development:

• TAL pool

  • Ensure that any protocol returns are split amongst participants
  • Protocol participants can earn both stable coin / TAL depending on how fees were paid

• TAL staking pool token

  • Rewards token for the pool
