Get wrong movie info when it is movie series

If you have a movie series, such as "wolf warrior" and wolf warrior 2", both movies will show as "wolf warrior 2", seems it is the douban API's problem. when you search both terms, the top result is always "wolf warrior 2". need to figure out a way to handle this or ask them to change the API
