Hi,
I am using the command line version of Topaz and can generate .star file from the .txt file using the topaz convert command. The output does not seem to record rlnImageName. Am I missing something? I am not able to create a stack as a result using Relion. Ultimately I would like to import these particle picks in Cryosparc.
