Artifacts uploaded to a GitHub release should contain the backend version in the archive file name.
The backend version command output when using artifacts uploaded to a GitHub release shows a dirty flag even though it shouldn't (e.g. v0.9.1-dirty). We should find out what causes this (probably/maybe goreleaser?).
