I tested each of the deps found the issue:

  flutter_secure_storage: 9.2.2

I'm not sure if it's related to: juliansteenbakker/flutter_secure_storage#830 as flutter/flutter#156304 implies so I logged a new ticket: juliansteenbakker/flutter_secure_storage#839
