Problem description

Termux shortcuts' icon not charging after 2nd attempt due to previous existence in the launcher as a shortcut

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

create shortcut without icon (i.e hello.sh file only)

then setup icon for that sh file and create shortcut again (don't delete previous icon)

To confirm
Delete previous shortcut and create shortcut again
(Particular file' s number shortcuts should be = 0)

This time should see lastest icon with the icon

What is the expected behavior?

changing the icon for that sortcut
