Environment

  • TeXstudio: 4.8.2
  • Qt: 6.7.2
  • OS: Windows 11
  • TeX distribution: MiKTeX

Currently, when a PDF file goes "missing" (e.g. because compilation failed), the PDF viewer will show an error about how the file does not exist. However, after the PDF is recreated, I would like for the viewer to go back to its original scroll position, instead of resetting back to page 1.
