Figure out what the URL scheme should be, since we don't want to break URLs in the future.

Posts without titles

Should they just be a date to the millisecond like "20160528143512983"?

There's a slim chance of duplicate URLs

If a user transfers ownership of the site and the new owner changes the time to their region these URLs may not match the publication date displayed on the page.

Random numbers, letters, or both

• Readers may see a URL and think it's fishy or obscured like bit.ly or t.co links.
