Not only can I confirm this behaviour, it's been happening regularly for AGES,
probably over a year & it's infuriating - you click the ScriptSafe toolbar icon
when you reach a page you've never been to before & you decide you need to let
script(s) for that site run (or even be permanently authorised), and
ScriptSafe's pop-down menu DOES pop-down fully, but immediately bounces back up
to only about 25% visible.
Having just upgraded to a new Mac with a completely fresh install (no user data
migration except drag-n-drop of user files) kinda rules out this being some
odd-ball corner-case that was a one-off thing only on my old laptop, & now I
find someone else has reported it here too.
My other Extensions installed & relative overlap with ScriptSafe (bear in mind
I've been experiencing this bug for so long):
1Password (been using this for years)
Disconnect (been using this for years)
Evernote Web Clipper (only recently, probably after 1st seeing this issue)
Ghostery (been using it for years)
HTTPS Everywhere (been using it for years)
Tampermonkey (only recently, this issue predates my use of Tampermonkey)
XMarks Bookmark Sync (been using it for years)
µBlock (a lightweight ad-blocker I've been using only recently, it's like
AdBlock & AdBlock Plus, both of which I've used for years & this bug was
present with all 3).
