Seems like half the time this happens and half the time it doesn't, it's weird. Try switching between launching from the terminal and from double-clicking Touhou6.exe.

It looks like when vpatch gives this error it works fine:

[32th-System]

if this happens without thcrap as well then this is probably a Wine issue
