Add brightness selector to Settings panel #14

I can see this working, for sure. We're a bit short on space in the settings panel (we're also going to add a shutdown button on there), so it would need some thought around how to place it up there. Since apps also have control over the brightness, we'd need some OS-level management of this. I think that a system-level brightness setting would be the default brightness (set by tbprocessd) when an app is launched, then the app has complete control of it after that. |
With the settings panel, it would be easy to make it scrollable or to add I'll have a look at it when I have a moment. Phil On 10 October 2016 at 09:52, Joe Rickerby [email protected] wrote:

Development is stalled? No news for a long time :( |
I recently downloaded budgie333 app for brightness control. The idea is excellent!
But maybe instead of an app, it could be added to the Settings panel, maybe as a slider as well?
Whaddya tingk? ;)
