Unable to access episodes start with ep 1000 and greater.

Config --

[podcast]
enabled = true
browse_root = /etc/mopidy/podcast/Podcasts.opml
browse_order = desc
lookup_order = desc
cache_size = 64
cache_ttl = 86400
timeout = 10
