Can't add custom domain

I tried to add a custom domain for my Gitlab instance, but it doesn't seem to work. I entered the domain, selected "gitlab" service and then clicked on "Add" button, but nothing happens. When I restart the browser and open the extension settings, my custom domain doesn't appear.

I tested on both Firefox 87 and Chrome 89.
