Steps to Reproduce

Open topcoder.com
2.Click on Login/Sign Up
Click "I'm The Talent" on User Selection
Notice the browser tab icon

Current Results

Topcoder login/Signup page doesn't show the topcoder logo (favicon) in the browser tab

Expected Results

Topcoder login/Signup page should show topcoder logo/favicon in browser tab

Device: MacBook Pro 13 inch
Browser: Chrome Version 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Browser: Safari Version 13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8)
