Steps to Reproduce

Open topcoder.com
Click on Sign Up -> I'm the Talent
Notice the browser tab description

Current Results

browser tab description shows "Sign In with Topcoder" though the same page has Sign In and Sign Up both options

Expected Results

browser tab description shows "Sign In/Sign Up with Topcoder" Or something more appropriate

Browser version and OS version

Device: MacBook Pro 13 inch
Browser: Chrome Version 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)
OS Version: macOS Catalina 10.15.4
