From e-mail:

I have tried using the lr2cor function which appears to work well. I would just like to check that I am interpreting the results properly, as I am new to bioinformatics and certainly new to CoDA. Specifically, I am generating r values of between 3.5 and 6.3 from the lr2cor function which are statistically significant after BH correction. As traditional r values are between +1 and -1 I would like to make sure I am not generating incorrect r values by mistake.
