Green Line Support

We need to support the green line and all its wacky branches

We also should support each branch on it's own (line-green-d, line-green-c, etc.)

Working on this as part of transitmatters/t-performance-dash#995. I'm going to do the green line map first and then try to figure out a way to combine the diagrams

I just merged the PR with the green line map, but I forgot to add support for the separate branches 😮‍💨

I am going to pick up this transitmatters/t-performance-dash#911 and then see if I can add the separate branches as part of that. I'll also have to screw around with the diagram a little bit more to get it closer to the actual map
