Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need a new API endpoint to retrieve all_slow.json and today_slow.json data with updated values (https://github.com/transitmatters/slow-zones/issues/43) and (https://github.com/transitmatters/slow-zones/issues/44)

Describe the solution you'd like
This endpoint should serve the correct data for the selected date range - currently, the line map is only showing all_slow data that is skewed historically for a given day in history.

Additional context
The linked tasks above as well as this one are needed before work on #833 can begin
