[charts] move per-application treafik-middlewares to charts

There are a number of charts (vaultwarden en nextcloud, primarily), that have app-specific middlewares.
This leads to a hard-dependency on our Traefik deployment

Describe the solution you'd like

We should move those middlewares to the apps themselves instead of on traefik-chart itself.
