After installing vision-camera-base64-v3, can able to build the app

Incompatible block pointer types sending 'FrameProcessorPlugin *(^)(NSDictionary *__strong)' to parameter of type 'PluginInitializerFunction _Nonnull' (aka 'FrameProcessorPlugin * _Nonnull (^)(VisionCameraProxyHolder * _Nonnull __strong, NSDictionary * _Nullable __strong)')
