Release new version/process pull request #70

Hello,

I would like to know if there are any plans to release new versions or if you guys want to process the pull requests?

This module does officially only support:

Puppet >= 3.0.0 < 5.0.0
Debian: 8
Ubuntu: 14.04, 16.04

But there has been progress within Puppet and the OSes.

Can you offer some informations about future plans?

I'd like to see a new release too. The manage_user parameter/feature is quite useful to me, and not available in a released version.
