Make TWR fade away

What's missing? Please describe your flow and where this feature will help.
When I bring back T7 from the background, it pops up TWR with a message "Recovering"
and if all goes well dissapears very fast. It leaves the user with a feeling he might
have missed something.

Additional context
TWR should remember the last time it popped up. When the it's asked to go away it
will its age and if it's less than a second it will fade away to ensure it'll be on
for at least two seconds.
