Problem to Solve

In addition to running TypeDB supplied via zip or tar, it should be possible to run TypeDB that is installed system-wide from APT or RPM

Current Workaround

The APT and RPM test runs TypeDB using codes similar to TypeDBRunner:

Proposed Solution

TypeDBRunner is made to be able to run APT and RPM packages

I think the solution is for GraknRunner to have another constructor which can take in a custom path to of an unzipped distribution
