In response to #319 we want to see where literate programming takes us.

convert to literate programming style
add build scripts
add some docs

Oh, was logging time on the wrong issue. Anyway, put together a very basic sample here

Still TODO:

syntax highlighting
ensuring good development experience, both on the LaTeX side and on the Idris side (emacs multimode?)
Docker & nixpkg configs
