Building with new version of SLURM #191

Hello everyone, I am new to running slurm in a containerized fashion and I was wondering how I can build this container with the latest version of SLURM 24.05.4. I have tried to change the SLURM_VERSION in slurm/install.sh but even after destroying and running ./hpcts start again with the updated version, Im still building the original version of slurm within the container. Looking for some guidance.
