Dynamic information model creation

Following up a discussion @GoetzGoerisch and I had on twitter this morning, here's what I understand:

• Nodes have attributes (part of the node itself) and references (link to other nodes)
• C++ structs have members (part of the struct itself)
• In this sample server, all nodes are loaded from the nodeset at runtime and bound to cpp-structs.

My question now is: How does the sample server store references between nodes, especially instance-nodes?

At the moment, the Server does not store references in the structs. All OPC UA-references are only represented in the OPC UA nodeset, and read from there, if required.
