Edit Media Type (Sorting) makes properties disappear

Bug summary

When trying to move existing properties on a Media Type into a Tab and remove the empty group that they used to belong to, all the moved properties disappear.

This screen recording shows two issues:

• When moving a single property from the Group to the new Tab saving, the moved property "jumps back" to the Group.
• When moving all properties from the Group and removing the Group, all the properties are gone.
