Unable to Highlight Text Using Mouse in Multiple Text String Property Editor

Bug summary

It is currently not possible to select text using the mouse in the "Multiple Text String Property Editor UI" data type.

When attempting to highlight text within the text fields, the drag-and-drop functionality is triggered instead of allowing text selection via mouse.

To resolve this, the drag-and-drop action should only be activated when interacting with the drag-handle icon, leaving the text fields free for selection.
