I want more findings from more sources! All the findings in one place!

Describe the solution you'd like

Similar to #51, this can be pulled from the AWS API, found here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/inspector/v2/APIReference/API_ListFindings.html

This also depends on #47 and could be used to help inform the design of that.
