Anba implemented ECMA-402 LocaleInfo and reported a number of API woes when trying to back it with ICU4C - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1693576
It seems like a good source when we'll work on exposing APIs to make sure ICU4X makes it easier.
