... to be able to receive changes more rapidly. The scheduled task runs only once an hour.

@oyvindhagberg: Revamp the old Powershell client and find out how to turn it into a system service.
Talk to @mustafaocak and Erik about how to build a new installation package. Test it on all the Windows versions we have available.
