Sorting in the UI

I was not able to determine any easy way to change the order of things. Perhaps I missed something but it would be nice to be able to change the sort order of items to something other than alphabetical defaults. A custom sort with the possibility to drag and drop the order or use options like move up, move to top, move down etc.

This feature request applies to the various places you have a list of topics in the UI.
Including:
Collection sidebar: requests, folders
request tabs: Params, Headers, Vars, Assert
settings tabs: Vars, etc.

basically any location that has lists.

Experiments:
I was able to change the order manually of the tab topics by updating directly the json files related to the request so that options seems feasible at least in principle everywhere there is tabs and this is represented by the order in the json file.

I did not see any way to do this for the folders and request in the collection.bru. Perhaps the only way to do it would be to add a kind of preference to be used when the default ordering is not wish that "remembers" the custom sort list.

Perhaps this topic could be split as well with regard to collections as these are read in automatically at the start of bruno I suspect.
But at least within the tabs (i.e. json files) this should be possible.
