Create toots from RSS

I'm a bit hesitant to do this without review, but maybe we can create PRs from a RSS feed?

The RSS feeds in question would be the eu and the gtn news feeds I suppose?
Not sure this is what we want then. Those news items are longer than a typical toot. So it's more about mentioning these on mastodon with a short blurb and the link to the full item.

We could simply agree on that when a news item gets merged, one of the people contributing to that also creates the PR here?

Why would you do that manually? I doubt this will work.
