Support multiple mastodon channels

Investigate if we should rather use https://toot.bezdomni.net and include more metadata in the toot-files. E.g. to which account it should be tooted (galaxyproejct, gtn ...).

I guess neither toot-together, nor the alternative support decalring the language of toots, do they?
That might be an interesting feature for Galaxy Europe.
