Ability to Fully Export and Import All Memos and Instance Configurations

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Absolutely. As a frequent user of the Memos, I've come across a recurring issue. While the app does a fantastic job at storing and organizing my notes, there are scenarios where I need to switch server or reinstall the app. During these transitions, I often find restoring my memos and configurations challenging, as there is no straightforward way to export and import all memos and instance configurations.

Describe the solution you'd like

I propose the introduction of a comprehensive export and import feature. More specifically, I'd like functionality that allows users to fully export all their memos, including attachments, tags, and custom configuration settings, into a file format like ZIP. This feature should also allow for the reverse process, i.e., importing all memos and instance configurations from the previously mentioned format.

This would ensure that user data is securely and conveniently backed up and enable easy data transfer across instances, should the need arise.

Additional context

This new feature would significantly enhance the user's control over their data and make it easier to switch services or reinstall the app without the fear of data loss. It would be a valuable addition to the Memos.

Agreed. Just like Wordpress' im- and export feature.
Currently, there's something that does export your memos, kirika, but that isn't hosted anywhere anymore. Perhaps kirika could be worked into memos as a native feature?

Backups are not in the pipeline. See #3802 (comment)

All your data is available in your mapped folder (db and assets, assuming you are using docker) so you should be able to back it up easily
