The navigation buttons are malfunctioning on smaller screens.

Where was the bug observed
The Nav buttons don't work on smaller screes
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Reduce the view width of the browser till the page changes( the nav bar moves from the left side to the bottom)
2. Click on the nav buttons.
3. A "Share development " Pane pops up instead of the intended location.

Expected behavior
The intended page should be loaded
