[Outreachy Task Submission]: Bug in general settings when setting is changed

So while playing around with the languages feature on the platform, I came across a weird bug where if you changed a language, navigated away from the settings page then navigated back, the fields in the general settings page don't get initially populated. In case I haven't been clear on what exactly the problem is, I've attached a screen record and steps to reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to the settings page and change the site language.
• Save the settings.
• Navigate away from the settings page (to the map view for example).
• Navigate back to the settings page.
• All the fields (Site name, description, site logo etc) should be blank.
• If you refresh the site everything should be back to normal.

So when trying to fix this issue, I realised the issue doesn't only occur when the language is changed but when any setting in general gets changed. I've fixed the issue and submitted a pr :)
