[Outreachy Task Submission]: Buttons on post preview component inaccessible

The buttons on the post preview component are inaccessible. As they are icons, users with poor visibility or who rely on screen readers may not understand their purpose. While testing with a screen reader, it was referred to as a generic "button". I've attached a screenshot and the buttons at the top right corner are what I'm referring to.
