I'm frustrated when there is totaly coverage breakdown (cell and internet) and people in crisis need to rely on other communication methods.
Describe the solution you'd like
(A dev research spike) As a user, when telecommunications or cell or data coverage is ‘out’ or not available, I want TenFour to be able to save offline information and for individual people’s handsets to communicate to each other and the device that has connection would upload everything to the server.
Blanket coverage of phones with mesh networking. Check-in when offline. Piggy-backed messages.
