Remove Example Component Definition with Obsolete Configuration

One of the examples in the repository contains a now obsolete demonstration of the configuration assembly.

This issue is waiting on the review and successful merge of #204.

Developers and system integrators that want current, correct, and valid OSCAL examples upon which to base data processing and conversion in their software.

Understanding which content is valid or invalid, as obsolete structures are used in a publish example.
