Scroll vaadin-grid horizontally when Shift + Scroll is performed even when vertical scroll is visible

Describe your motivation

Currently the vaadin-grid scrolls horizontally when Shift + Scroll is performed, but only when the number items are not causing a vertical overflow/visible scrollbar. When there is both horizontal and vertical scrollbars regardless is Shift is pressed, the scrolling is always vertical.

Describe the solution you'd like

It will feel more consistent if Shift + Scroll always perform a vertical scrolling instead of changing behavior based on the number of items

Describe alternatives you've considered

I couldn't find any alternative solution to the problem
