[pcalc 4] testsuite: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 failed #14

I noticed that on a arm64 machine, pcalc will not show signed values for hex and binary:

elitex# pcalc -42
-42 0x0 0y0

Seen it for pcalc-4 and pcalc-5 as well.
