Support Text Format

In Voyager, when you try to customize the format property of the Text channel, no change is rendered.

For instance, when trying to specify the format property to be 0.3f, the encoding channel and property are all specified correctly, and after querying Compass, the format property is correct, as shown below.

I think this is better named as "support text format"? "Text customization" sounds very broad but you're only asking for one thing here.
