Expected Behavior
When axes and legends are added to a group in a layout, the group size (of the entire column size) should adjust so that all the components of the chart fit in the cell and do not expand into the next cell. Currently the layout is based on just group size, which doesn't seem to change even as the bounding box of the chart increases (due to new axes or legends added).
Actual Behavior
Adding axes and a legend to a group will cause it to expand into the adjacent cell.
Steps to reproduce behavior
Create an acceleration vs. horsepower scatter plot
Drag a mark to the right dropzone to add a new group to the right.
Drag 'Origin' field to the fill for the scatter plot and see the color legend appears to the right of the right boundary resize line for the group.
